Executive Director: Jeff Reavis

Jeff Reavis enters his seventh season with Gainesville Juniors and sixth as Executive Director. Coach Reavis has guided six Gainesville Juniors teams to the USAV Nationals earning one top ten finish. Previous to joining Gainesville Juniors, Coach Reavis was a premier coach with Tampa Bay Juniors and the University of Tampa. He also was the director of the Florida High Performance Program in 2005. Coach Reavis is the head varsity coach at Buchholz High School where he won the 2007 Class 6A State Title.

Director of Coaching: Chad Davis 
 
Chad Davis enters his ninth season with Gainesville Juniors and his fourth as the Director of Coaching. Coach Davis has guided six Gainesville Juniors teams to the USAV Nationals with two teams earning top ten in the nation. His 2001 15 National team finished 9th in the Open Division, the highest finish in the history of Gainesville Juniors. Coach Davis is the varsity assistant coach at Vanguard High School in Ocala.
